In standard types of automatic dough rolling machines, only 1 motor is installed, which drives both conveyor belts at once. Therefore, when the speed changes, it changes simultaneously and by the same percentage on the left and on the right.
In automatic dough rollers, it is possible to change the speed of one conveyor belt without changing the speed of the other; thus, each conveyor belt moves independently due to an additional motor.
